Bonaventure Wakam started KHAM Inc. in 1998 after fourteen years in manufacturing in the Automotive Industry. In 2002 he successfully completed and passed professional tests and requirements to be a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). He held various positions including: Product Engineer with Chrysler Corp; Specialist with Mazda Motors Manufacturing, Director of Quality with General Safety Corp; Operations Manager with AlliedSignal Corp; Manufacturing Manager with American Axel & Manufacturing and Operations Manager with Kaiser Aluminum. Bonaventure received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit and an M.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and is a member of the California Business Brokers Association (CABB) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

Brian P. Jaye is a graduate of California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. After obtaining his California Certified Public Accountant license in 1979, he founded the firm of JRRO, LLP – Accountants & Consultants. Over the past 35 years Brian’s responsibilities have included providing accounting, business advisory, estate planning, financial planning, succession planning and taxation services to closely held businesses and their owners. A primary focus of Brian’s has been to assist business owners with increasing the value of their business for a successful transition. Brian retired from JRRO, LLP in January 2016 to devote his career experiences to representing business owners with their sale, succession and transition plans. In addition to being a licensed California Certified Public Accountant, he is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the California Business Brokers Association (CABB). Brian enjoys spending time at lake and mountain recreational areas, and visiting his three adult sons in Atlanta, Georgia.

Glenn Brown

Glenn Brown has over 30 years of executive management, operational, financial, sales, and strategic planning experience as well as a personal entrepreneurial background conducting acquisitions and sales of companies on his own behalf. Glenn’s foundation is diverse and dynamic – he was an officer in the U.S. Army before joining the corporate management team with AT&T/Bell South in Atlanta, Ga., folding that experience into numerous collaborative enterprises with privately held corporations. His exposure covers a broad range of industry types – automotive, furniture, industrial seals and gaskets, technology & communications, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, printing, and computer services. Glenn earned his MBA from Georgia State University with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Georgia Tech.
